From either Gstaad or the picturesque mountain village of Les Diablerets, the Post Bus departs to Col du Pillon where you begin your Glacier 3000 experience. Board the cable car in Col du Pillon to the Glacier 3000 mountain station for a panoramic view of 24 snow-capped peaks, 4,000 meters and higher including the well-known Jungfrau, Matterhorn, Eiger and Mont Blanc.

Aerial ropeway Reusch – Oldenegg July 18 – August 16, 2020. Operates daily 9am – 12.10 and 12.40 – 4.40pm*, every 20 min.(*last descente from Oldenegg)

Winter Season November 9, 2019 – May 3, 2020

Aerial ropeways Col du Pillon – Cabane – Scex Rouge. Ride of 15 minutes from Col du Pillon – Scex Rouge. Operates daily 9am – 4.30 pm*, every 20 minutes (*last descente from Scex Rouge)
Aerial ropeway Reusch – Oldenegg. Operates February 8 – March 8, 2020 (daily) and March 9 – April 13, 2020 (on weekends and bank holidays) from 9am – 4.40pm*, every 20 minutes (*last descente from Oldenegg)
Chairlifts and ski lifts operate daily 9.15 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.until May 3, 2020

Closed during maintenance: October 19 – November 6, 2020

Activities on Glacier 3000, at no additional charge are:

  • Tissot Peak Walk – 107 m long ( 351 feet) suspension bridge with stunning views connecting two peaks
  • Ice Express Chairlift: your ride to the Glacier and many activities including Glacier Walk and Fun Park
  • Activities offered at an additional fee include The Alpine Coaster (summer), Dog Sled Ride and Snow Bus
  • Operates year-round. During bad weather, mountain transportation may close without prior notice.

Children from 9 to 15 get a discount, children under 9 do not require a ticket but will share seats with a paying adult. Children under 16 travelling with their parents on a Swiss Family Card, will travel for free.

Discounts for passengers holding a Swiss or Eurail Pass.

Seasonal pricing according to time of year travel is made.  Coupons issued are actual travel documentation and do not require to be exchanged at the station.  If a passholder fare is purchased, both the coupon and pass must be presented at the station.

Once travel on the voucher is initiated, no refund will be due.
